Peter Finlay established the Company in 1970. He was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in 1990.

Director
Nick Athienitis
Nick Athienitis joined the Company in 1983 after graduating from the University of East Anglia. Post Graduate Diplomas in Building and Quantity Surveying have been reinforced by regular CPD courses. Nick was appointed Director in 1986 and has overall responsibility for surveying, estimating and contract procurement.

Hugh Finlay
Director
Over 22 years experience being actively in project and process management, Hugh joined the company and is working to achieve formal CIOB qualification. During his time he has carried out numerous projects for Private, Public, Government and Commercial clients.

Hugh has successfully fulfilled his duties overseeing our Maintenance and Repairs contracts to individual and blocks of flats and houses for both the private sector to a very high standard as freehold investments as well as to fulfil public housing needs.

In addition he has overseen numerous projects for existing public sector and social housing clients, for the refurbishment of voids and fitting out of kitchens. Hugh fully appreciates the need to ensure quality and compliance with the program and specifications at all times.


Graham Rogers FRICS
Senior Surveyor
(Contracts Works Division)
Graham Rogers
Graham joined P.A. Finlay in 2001 to expand the contracts division into more major projects. Graham is responsible for the commercial elements of the projects conducted by the division including surveying. Graham also oversees the purchasing of materials and securing subcontracts. Graham is also a Fellow of the RICS.

Mac Bradshaw
Director (Bespoke Joinery)
Mac Bradshaw
Mac joined P.A. Finlay in 1976 and was made Director in 1981. Mac has been responsible for the development of the Bespoke Joinery sector of the business, which supplies a range of products to local authorities including windows, doors and staircases. In addition to his important role as Director, Mac, who is profoundly deaf, has encouraged many deaf people within the industry to join P.A. Finlay and has assisted the company in the development of communication techniques for the hard of hearing.
