Graham was invited to join the company in 2001 in order to create a new Major Works Division.
This entailed carrying out the estimating and surveying duties personally together with the business development roll in hitting turnover and margin targets within a highly lucrative market. As the Division developed Graham appointed key personnel, i.e. Contracts Managers and Surveyors, in order to ensure smooth running of the business.
The type of works carried out by Graham's Division is refurbishment, conversion and renovations on housing stock, schools and public buildings. Contract values varied from £200K up to £1.3M.
