P.A. Finlay, specialists in the mid-contract building market, have won two high profile contracts in London's West End - estimated to be worth circa £800,000.
Corinthian House, next to the Dominion Theatre (opposite Centre Point) is a large scale refurbishment project undertaken for Henderson Global Investors (Architects Nelson Bakewell). The work includes external refurbishment, roof repairs, cleaning and repair of stonework, redecoration and window repairs. The building occupies a prominent position in London's West End and is of historic and architectural interest - particularly the intricate external stonework features which P.A. Finlay are restoring to their former glory. The project is due for completion by March 2005.P.A. Finlay are also engaged in large scale refurbishment work at Dionysus Restaurant (by Tottenham Court Road tube station). The restaurant suffered extensive damage from fire last year and work includes external repairs, re-roofing, major M & E reinstatement work, redecorations and general repairs, window repairs and cleaning. This project is due for completion by April 2005.
