Impressive refurbishment and extension of a small Victorian house to provide new kitchen extension and loft conversion. Property now comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, energy-saving heating, and insulation.

Leadenhall Market,
City of London (2011)
High quality restoration of Grade 1 listed market buildings. Refurbishment of joinery, glazing, stonework, leadwork and ornate decoration and gold leaf work. Included fully enclosed and designed birdcage scaffolding over a fully functioning market.
Completed in time for a grand opening by the Lord Mayor of London. |

of Southwark (2012)
King post retaining wall installation at local school. Demolition of existing brick retaining wall (dangerous structure notice) undermined by London Plane trees. Constructed a new 100m augured piled steel RSJ king post piles with reinforced concrete panels. Designed steel detailing, with 4m steel fencing over.
All carried out with the school fully functioning. |
