A high quality conversion off London's prestigious Brompton Road.
This project was undertaken for The Welcome Trust and involved top quality internal and external refurbishment work.
P.A. Finlay were contracted to create two state of the art residential units and a separate commercial office from the existing property. Specialist site management skills were required as the work took place above a restaurant which continued to trade successfully throughout the conversion.
