This large scale refurbishment project has been undertaken for Henderson Global Investors and includes external refurbishment, re-roofing, cleaning and repair of stonework, redecoration and window repairs.
The building occupies a prominent position in London's West End and is of historic and architectural interest - particularly the intricate external stonework features which P.A. Finlay are restoring to their former glory. The project is due for completion April 2005.
